Hazlis & Rivas was established in 1994 and since 1996 is the exclusive and official representative of the Economist Conferences, holding the responsibility of their organisation both in Greece & Cyprus.
We provide the opportunity for stimulating dialogue, bring together the political and business community and offer new knowledge for the latest developments.
Editors and analysts from The Economist and the Economist Intelligence Unit moderate fruitful discussions and we host exceptional speakers from Greece and abroad with the scope to debate on success stories and mistakes, make evaluations and draw constructive conclusions.
Economist Roundtables with the Government of Greece have been consecutively organised from 1997 until 2011, hosting the Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition, Ministers, prominent businessmen, University Professors as well as speakers from the European Commision, the World Bank, OECD and other organisations.
The first Economist Roundtable was organised in 1956 with the Government of Brazil and today more than 50 countries in the world host Government Roundtables.
